Cash commissions are calculated on eligible revenue excluding VAT and refunds. They clear after 30 days without a refund or open/lost dispute.

What creators should know.
What purchases count?
Paid credit packs and subscription payments or renewals can qualify inside the customer’s saved commission window. Free or trial activity, bonus credits, affiliate purchases, self-referrals, and payments outside that window do not qualify.
When does a commission clear?
It stays pending for 30 full days after confirmation. Refunds and open or lost disputes prevent clearing; reversals and corrections are recorded against the original commission.
Can I change my reward preference?
Yes. Choose cash or credits in your private dashboard. The new choice applies only to commissions created after the change.
Are cash payments automatic?
No. Cash is reviewed in a monthly payout preview, sent manually through PayPal, and then marked paid by an Aquaflick admin with a payment reference.
