AQUAFLICK / TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of Service
These terms explain Aquaflick accounts, supported creation flows, saved work, sharing, and billing as currently configured.
Last updated November 1, 2026
1. Accounts and access
Aquaflick supports email-and-password accounts. Google sign-in is available only when the deployment has been configured for it. Video, image, upload, character-reference, credit, and billing records are scoped to the creator account that made them. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
2. Creation and safety checks
Aquaflick routes text-to-video and image-to-video requests through its managed video generation service. For text-to-image, Aquaflick sends the prompt and selected fal.ai model and aspect ratio to fal.ai after the required prompt checks pass. Text-to-image does not use a source image. Aquaflick saves the returned provider job reference, status, image URL, and media type with the signed-in creator’s private history. Supported image models and aspect ratios are shown in Create. Named camera presets apply only to video.
Aquaflick checks prompts and uploaded source or character images before submitting or saving them. The generation service can apply additional moderation and can reject a job. If a required safety check is unavailable, Aquaflick pauses that action. A job can remain pending, finish with an output, or fail. Any reserved credits for a failed or rejected job are returned once.
Generation is currently paused because Aquaflick has not configured the credit cost per generation. A supported model or working application route does not bypass that gate.
3. Saved work, downloads, and sharing
Saved video and image history, source uploads, and character references are private to the creator account. A ready video appears in the public Explore gallery only after its creator explicitly publishes it from the private library. The creator can unpublish it later. A prompt remix opens Create with the prompt text and does not grant access to the creator’s private record.
A creator can download a ready video through the signed-in library and share its output link using the browser share sheet or copy-link fallback. Ready text-to-image results also have a creator-initiated download and share action. A creator must choose to share an output; text-to-image results are not added to Explore automatically. A recipient may be able to access a link the creator shares, so do not treat a shared link as confidential.
4. Credits and checkout
When configured, Starter, Pro, and Studio are monthly or yearly subscriptions, and credit top-ups are one-time purchases. Aquaflick uses hosted managed checkout. It adds credits only after checking the completed payment against the signed-in account and expected offer. Canceled, pending, mismatched, duplicate, or unverified payments do not grant credits. Subscribers can use the billing portal for account changes when an active subscription is available.
The prices and credit grants for all three tiers, the top-up price and credit grant, and the per-generation credit cost are not configured. Checkout and paid generation therefore remain unavailable. No price, allowance, or generation cost is promised by these terms.
